I can't believe the scousers are pleased at this rant. He's clearly lost it, you can see he's more concerned about us that he is LFC. Try and put a brave face on it if you like but he's just cost you the league. He should have stuck to talking about demanding the release of convicted criminals. He'll have 2 to campaign for soon. :D

Toon fan in peace.
As a newcastle fan since the age of 8, now 37, i have to commend ans appaud what rafa has said today, for far too often Fergie has got away with blue murder, and nowt is ever done! well its turn around time, and very well said, many geordies have a good friendship with scousers, and we are all hoping that this year is your year, i watch with interest the rubbish that comes from Chelski, the banners put out by LFC fans on Champions League nites are great ' history can not be bought!!' we cant stand Man U, and i think that this year will be your year and we will all be cheering for you as we were in Newcastle the night you won the Champions League, that would never ever happen for Man U.
Once again well done Rafa! and good Luck!!

I along wih alot of newcastle fans fully support what Rafa has said today, well done, Fergie gets away with murder, he thinks he is the league, the FA, the high and mighty! how can fixtures be rigged 7 months in advance???
About time something was said and to be honest it was very calculated and well spoken.
I really hope that this year LFC can win the league, its deserved for the true and honest support that LFCfans give their club, proper fans and nothing like the prawn sandwich brigade at Gold Trafford or the johnny come latelies of Chelski!!
Good Luck LFC for the season, as many geordies want you to win it.
Well done rafa!!

Nice to see youse used that note pad I got youse for crimbo Rafa.......youse couldn't have donnit without it.

P.S ....Stevie G is innocent.

Eric Cantona said:

Ignore the Geordie, they're as delusional as the scousers. They've been living in a dream world saying next season is our season even longer than the scousers. When the trophies are handed out each May, Manchester gets more than its fair share. The same will happen this season and next season. Judging by Rafa's rant, I'd start looking for a new manager if I were you.

Eric Cantona is a typical manc! so full of their own importance! geordies and scousers are normal people, hardly delusional, bet he is from watford or Cork or some place 100 miles from manchester! rafa said what the rest think, fergie thinks he is untouchable!he isnt, well done rafa!

As a Scotsman I detest Alex Ferguson and Man Utd.

Like the Old Firm up here they get protected by the FA and referee's constantly and have done so for as long as I remember.

Good on Benitez for standing up to the red nose - hopefully more will rise against them and put the pressure on so things are fought out fairly for the title.

Would be nice to see Liverpool win it although to be honest - anyone apart from Man U and I'd be delighted!

Rafa you should never have got involved with the renderings of an old age pensioner who should have been sacked very early on in his managerial career until he decided to see his way clear with his agent of a son.

Liverpool are 4 points clear at the top of the table, and still their fans whine on and on. Can you not function without seeing yourself as the victims? I'm sure United fans are nervous - they should be - but face it, Liverpool has been almost entirely irrelevant for the best part of 20 years, and something has to go right eventually.
