Liverpool FC to tour Far East Asia in summer
LIVERPOOL will tour the Far East this summer as part of their preparations for the 2009/10 season.
The Reds have agreed a nine day trip which will include matches in Hong Kong, Bangkok and Singapore.
Tour dates will be July 17 to 26, but details of opposition have not yet been finalised.
The Reds have a huge fan base in that part of the world.
In the summer of 2007 they undertook a highly successful tour to China, which included games against South China and Portsmouth.

How much are the Tickets or are they even on sale yet?!

I live in Thailand and according today's Bangkok Post, Liverpool will play against Thailand on 22 Juli in Bangkok. No ticket news so far.
Anyone from Singapore or Thailand with ticket news and date of game please post it. Would appreciate it.
I live in Bangkok, as Tony said the Bangkok Post indicated that Liverpool would play here on 22 July, today the paper said that they were still looking for sponsors for the match against the Thai team as it would cost a lot of money to bring the Liverpool team here.

I have heard that they will be going on sale this week, but that's only hearsay.
Tickets for such events are normally sold by Ticketmaster in Bangkok, but I don't know if that's the case for this game.

you can log onto east of anfield website as one method of getting tickets. They will be reasonably priced for both Bangkok and Singapore games and this week the prices will be revealed.
There is an info on ESPN's Sportscentre Asia regarding the tickets prices for the Singapore vs Liverpool FC match on 26th July 2009, which are $88 and $188. Is there any info on whether these tickets can be purchased online?
According to today's Bangkok Post the tickets for the Bangkok game is confirmed as 22 July and tickets which will be priced from 600 to 3000 Baht, will be on sale in Adidas stores in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket from Friday 22 May, the story doesn't say anything about online sales.

Much Hyped Liverpool Asian Game turned out to be a big disappointment. We bought 10 grand stand tickets at $188 each and found out today Gerrad is a no show and they knew about his court case back in April. Yet they still use him in all the promotions! Worse yet, Torres will appear as late substitute.
