IT'S amazing that four times already this season Liverpool have fought back from behind to win - and on each occasion the opposition began with the letter M!
For me it highlights the guts and determination Rafa Benitez has instilled in his players.
At half-time against Manchester City I didn't think there was any way back. We had been really poor in the first half and City deserved their two-goal lead.
IT'S been a great week with the derby win at Goodison followed by victory over PSV at Anfield in midweek but I believe the Reds can play a lot better.
Both games were very comfortable and the positive thing for me is that we are winning games without really clicking into top form.
There is definitely more to come from his team and with Fernando Torres and Robbie Keane looking sharp and both starting to find the net, the next few months could be very exciting.
LIVERPOOL will face a wounded animal when they take on Everton at Goodison Park today and every player in red will have to stand up and be counted if they are to come away with a win.
Make no mistake, Everton's players will be hurting after being knocked out of the Carling Cup and will be desperate to put the record straight by getting one over on their local rivals.
They will be hurting because they lost the game, hurting because of the criticism that came their way afterwards and hurting because they took a bit of stick from their own fans.
IF you were to want just one thing from the Liverpool team today, it would be that they go out and have a proper go at Manchester United.
There have been times in recent seasons when Liverpool have looked like they are beaten before the game has even kicked off.
It as if they have been lacking the belief that you need to win these kind of games and I would go as far as saying that certain players have actually been intimidated by the prospect of taking on United.
Today this has to change if Alex Ferguson's team are to be defeated by Liverpool in the league for the first time in four years.
ROBBIE Keane should take the fact that he is the latest target of Fergie's mind games as a massive compliment.
The fact is Fergie wouldn't even bother mentioning you if he didn't think you were a possible threat, so I wasn't in the least bit surprised to hear that he'd questioned Robbie's transfer fee.
It was a clear attempt to wind him up and the important thing for Robbie is to not let it get to him and instead go out there and show what he can do.
