LIVERPOOL manager Roy Hodgson has pledged to ignore the growing chorus of disapproval of his short reign at Anfield and work to improve things.

This evening before the Barclays Premiership Game of Liverpool Football Club and v Wolverhampton Wanders there will be a period of applause to mark the passing of former players Avi Cohen and Bill (William) Jones.
Yesterday Avi's son Tamir gave a press conference to announce that Avi who had been in a serious motorcycle accident the week before, lost his fight for life. His funeral will take place in Israel this evening.
Avi was born Abraham Cohen in Cairo on 14th November 1956 and joined Liverpool Football Club in 1979 after being watched by Bob Paisley for six months.
AT a time of year when most managers are bemoaning the hefty demands being placed on their players, the only danger facing Liverpool recently has been frost bite.
ROY HODGSON has warned Liverpool not to underestimate Wolves at Anfield tonight as Steven Gerrard prepares to make his first appearance for six weeks.
LIVERPOOL boss Roy Hodgson has slammed Hull City for their treatment of Spanish defender Daniel Ayala.
LIVERPOOL FC legends Kenny Dalglish and Phil Thompson led tributes following the death of former Anfield team mate Avi Cohen.
